520			_aThe present paper reports the results of the selection of IAC 300 series promising clones (n=16) of rubber tree (Hevea brasiliensis). The clones RRIM 600 and GT 1 were used as control. All the selected clones were vigorous with regard to girth by panel opening. Seven clones showed high resistance, 7 moderate resistance, and 2 were susceptible to the anthracnose panel canker caused by Collotrichum gloeosporioides [Glomerella cingulata].
