520			_aThis paper summarizes the current situation in rubber mite research and management in China. It lists the names of pest mites and their natural enemies and notes the important species. It also provides the host range of Eotetranychus (riley) which is the most important in rubber trees in China. The biology and population dynamics of the important species such as Eotetranychus sexmaculatus (riley) et al are offered in this paper. The practical control methods against the pest mites are also introduced. The common pesticides and application methods are described. The paper also gives a simple introduction on the culturing of predacious mites.
