N2  - Based on analyses the control measures of the internal Hevea plantation and the conditions of light, fertilizer, water and heat in China, compared the national environments with the international ones invaded by the pest, prediction of the possible species and possibility of the invasion. The pest was analysed according to criterion of the international plant preotection convention (IPPC). Further, we should analyse the characteristic of the geography, combining the characteristic of geography, the standard of management, introducted, establishment and the spread of the quarantine. Put forward the effective early warning system to each species of relevant harmful organisms, in order to protect the natural Hevea planting of China
