These proteins were used to elicit antibodies in rabbits. The two antibodies showed selective labelling on the rubber particles: 14 kDa antibody bound more to the larger rubber particles (>_0.3 mm) whereas the 24 kDa antibody more to the smallerr rubber particles (<_ 0.2 mm).
