By employing a minimal additional level of nanoparticle <5-10;(by wt.), there is a significant enhancement in mechanical, thermal, dynamical & barrier performance. However, there are many difficulties to disperse the nano particles in the rubber matrix. As for example, carbon nanotube are produced with highly entangled form which is very difficult to disperse in polymer matrix
