The paper also specify the different types of klin used for the manufacture of charcoal which includes Selama beelive kiln, transportable metal kiln etc. The analysis on chemical and physical properties of charcoal produced from these two kiln are also done. The paper also presents the schematic flow diagram of briquett processing, flow diagram of screening of charcoal fines with vibrating screen, and schematic drawing of the roller crushing. Economic potential of charcoal manufacture from rubber wood is also mentioned in this paper.
